Passport & Travel Docs

Attendees require a passport, valid for at least six months after your return date from St. Barth. You will also need to present your return or on-going ticket.

We suggest that you make additional copies of your passport and bring these with you in case your passport is lost or stolen. Do not carry these copies in the same location as your actual passport.

What to Pack

Please be sure to pack clothing suitable for outdoor activities in warm weather. At the hotel and in most restaurants, tasteful resort attire is acceptable. Shorts, sandals, flip flops, t-shirts, and swimwear with a cover-up are fine for daytime meals. All evening events have a resort casual dress code (think “Caribbean chic”), so there is no need for suits, ties, or formal dresses. Tropical or Tommy Bahama style shirts are perfect, with either dress shorts or khakis for men. Sundresses, skirts or capris with sandals are suitable for women. All outlets require footwear.

We suggest you pack the following for your trip:

  • Travel documents and a valid passport
  • Hat and sunscreen
  • Prescription medication
  • Sunglasses
  • Bathing suit and cover up
  • Insect repellent
  • Camera/underwater camera
  • Layers, e.g. light sweatshirts, long-sleeved shirts, light jacket
  • Sandals, flip-flops, tennis shoes/sneakers
  • Dramamine (if you experience motion sickness)
  • White-colored Cocktail Attire for the Final Night Celebration

Arrivals

There are two ways to get to St. Barth, by airplane or by ferry. When you are booking your flights with Unbridled Travel, they will work with you to determine the best arrival and departure plan.

Upon arrival into St. Barth Airport (SBH), greeters from Rosewood Le Guanahani will be waiting just outside the gate area to escort you to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage. Greeters will be wearing a white polo shirt and holding signage with the President’s Circle logo. Once all bags have been identified, the airport greeter will escort you to your transportation to the resort.

Upon arrival into St. Barth Ferry Terminal, greeters from Rosewood will be waiting just outside the Immigration gate area to escort you to your vehicle. Greeters will be wearing a white polo shirt and holding signage with the President’s Circle logo.

It is approximately a 20-minute drive from the Ferry Terminal or the Airport to the Rosewood. The road to the Rosewood is winding, therefore if you are prone to motion sickness, please keep any remedy or medications on your person and take it 30 minutes before the journey to the hotel.

Early Arrival

For those guests that choose to arrive before the program start date; ground transportation will be provided from the airport or ferry terminal to the Rosewood.

Should you decide to lodge at a different property, it is your responsibility to provide your own ground transportation from the airport to your hotel and from your hotel to the Rosewood on May 17.

Extending your stay

To extend your stay in St. Barth, include the full date range of your desired stay when you complete the hotel sections of the registration page. Requests are based upon hotel availability.

Expenses incurred over the price of the scheduled, non-refundable ticket will be at your own expense and risk. In compliance with the company’s use of non-refundable tickets, refunds will not be given due to cancellations or changes to the meeting. All hotel, food, entertainment, and transportation charges incurred outside the meeting dates will also be at your expense.
