Do we need a passport to travel to St. Barth?
Yes. All American and Canadian citizens arriving in Saint Barth must have a valid passport, as well as round-trip ticket or proof of continuation of travel.
What if I do not have a valid passport?
You will need to apply for an expedited passport using the link below. Lantheus will reimburse you for your passport fees. https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/services/expedited.html

What is the currency in St. Barth?
The Euro is the local currency on St. Barth. When you dine out, you will be presented the check in Euros. Many restaurants will also show what the amount would be in U.S. dollars. Almost every restaurant takes credit cards. If you pay by credit card, you will get the true rate of exchange. VISA is the most widely accepted. AMEX is the least. Check with your credit card company to see if they charge a foreign transaction fee; several cards do not. It is always good to have cash, too. If you want to buy Euros, all banks can do the exchange. ATM machines can be found at the various banks on the island. You will receive a limited number of Euros on each withdrawal.
Do I need to book my airfare through Unbridled Travel?
Yes, all airfare will be booked and purchased by Unbridled Travel. Please contact them at 720-407-2529 or [email protected]. Unbridled Travel hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm MST
Are we allowed to fly Business Class?
No, all air travel will be booked in Coach/Economy class.
Can I make changes to my air travel after the ticket is issued?
Once a ticket is issued and you need to make changes, any additional fees will be charged to your individual credit card.
Will Lantheus reimburse for airline bag fees?
Yes, please submit these expenses in Concur.
If I request to extend my stay, what is the hotel room rate?
The hotel room rate will vary based on your room type. Please contact Unbridled Travel at [email protected] or 720-407-2529 to confirm the rate. Extensions are based on hotel availability; therefore, all requests for extension must be approved in advance.
Who will assist me regarding questions about my hotel arrangements or extending my stay?

Should I decide to extend my stay, what is the process?
Plan to request the extension when you register for the program (under the housing section). Please ensure that you include your preferred dates, and the registration team will reach out to the hotel to check availability for you. You will need to provide a credit card during the registration process in order to pay for all pre and post rooms in advance. If rooms are available, we will go ahead and make the reservation on your behalf.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel with a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival should you decide to change your plans.
Is transportation to/from the hotel included if I do not arrive or depart on the main group dates?
Yes, we will provide more detailed information closer to the program.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Per Lantheus guidelines, no one under the age of 18 can attend the President’s Circle Trip. Should you have any questions or need additional information, please speak with your Human Resources representative.
Are any of the scheduled functions mandatory?
All group activities scheduled during the President’s Circle Trip are mandatory for Award Winners and their guests. There are currently two evening events and one daytime activity on the program agenda.
Are the provided meals group or independent functions?
The trip will include group and individual meals. Please see the “Agenda” page on this site for more specific information regarding breakfast, lunch, and dinners.
What are the guidelines for signing up for individual activities?
Each participant will experience two hosted individual activities. Descriptions of all the activities are provided under the “Individual Activities” tab. It is important to choose carefully as it may be impossible to make changes at a later date. Read descriptions thoroughly so you are prepared with appropriate clothing/gear, etc. Please note that some activities have limited capacity and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. And, some activities will not be exclusive to Lantheus participants. All activities are optional.
If I want to participate in more than one activity during my stay, may I book them at my own expense?
Yes. Based on availability, you may purchase additional activities when there is attendee leisure time. Please visit the Lantheus Hospitality Desk for assistance.
Can I forfeit the trip and redeem my President’s Circle Trip award for cash?

What time zone is St. Barth in?
St. Barth is officially Atlantic Standard Time (AST). During Daylight Savings Time there is no difference in time between St. Barth and the East Coast and a three-hour time difference for the West Coast.
What kind of weather should I expect?
Most of the year, puffy white clouds parade through a clear blue sky, and warm balmy breezes gently ruffle hair and sway palm fronds. In May, you can expect highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-70’s. Please check the weather forecast prior to the trip for up-to-date information. It’s a casual T-shirt, shorts and sandals kind of weather.
What should I pack for my trip to St. Barth?
It is warm in St. Barth, so plan to pack summer attire. Athletic shoes, bathing suits, and beach attire are a must. It is advisable to include a light jacket or sweater for the evenings, and a light rain jacket for the occasional afternoon rain. Bring some smart casual dress clothes, or resort wear, for evening dining. Please note that special clothing may be required for the activities you have selected. Most important, come dressed to impress with your best white-colored attire for the Final Night Celebration!
What is appropriate attire at the hotel?
Tasteful resort attire is acceptable everywhere. Shorts, sandals, flip flops, t-shirts, and swimwear with a cover-up are fine for daytime. Some restaurants may require specific attire in the evening. Please refer to the “Hotel” page for further details regarding restaurant attire. All outlets require footwear.
Should I tip bus drivers, hotel bellmen, hotel housekeeping, tour guides, etc.?
No, this is not necessary as Lantheus will pre-pay all gratuities on your behalf. However, if you are on your own for any activity or dining, gratuities have not been pre-paid. When dining, a service charge is included in the bill and if you feel the service was quality, you can provide an additional gratuity, typically 10-15%.
Will I need a power plug adapter?
Yes, the standard voltage is 220V and the frequency is 60 Hz. The hotel provides two adapters in each guest room. Please note, American-made appliances, often require plug converters and transformers.
Will I be able to use my cell phone in St. Barth?
We suggest checking with your provider before you travel to determine if your phone will work on the island.
Viber and WhatsApp are apps that can be used with WiFi to make phone calls and text without incurring additional charges.
Will I need to notify my bank?
If you plan to use your debit or credit card while traveling, we highly recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company to avoid a hold on your account(s).
